Home Alone

The people who live here were wondering why whenever they came home all the paito
furniture was always wet, so they set up a video to find out
and here is the answer.
Personally I think its a Labrador dress up in a Dobermann suit

"It's bloody amazing...I thought I was a goner after getting run over then
Rolf Harris found me and here I am, as good as new!"

Why own a show Dog?

There’s a danger you know, you can't own just one, for the craving will grow. While living with lots, you’ll grow poorer and stranger, there’s no doubt they’re addictive, wherein lies the danger

One dog is no trouble, two are so funny, the third one is easy, the fourth ones a honey, the fifth is delightful and the sixth ones a breeze, you find you can live with a houseful with ease.

So how about another? Would you really dare? each one is special, so useful and funny, they’re really quite easy, but oh Lord, the hair! With dogs on the sofa and dogs on the bed and crates in the kitchen, its no bother you said. They’re really no trouble; their manners are great what’s just one more dog and one more little crate?

The sofa is hairy, the windows are crusty, the floor is all footprints and the furniture is dusty. The housekeeping suffers, but what do you care, who minds a few nose prints and a little more hair. So lets keep a puppy, you can always find room and a little more time for the dust cloth and broom

There’s hardly a limit to the dogs you can add and the thought of a cutback sure makes you feel sad. The food bill grows larger, you owe the vet money, your folks never visit, few friends come to stay, except other dog folk who live the same way

Your lawn has now died and your shrubs are dead too, your weekends are busy, you’re off with your crew. There’s dog food, vitamins, training and shots, entries and travel and motels which cost lots

You wonder, is it all worth it, are you caught in a trap? then your favourite comes up and climbs on your lap. Her look says you’re special and you know that you will keep all the critters in spite of the bill. Some just for showing and some just to breed and some just for loving, they all fill a need

Winters a hassle, but the dogs love it, true, they must have their walks though you’re numb, cold and blue. Late evening is awful, you scream and you shout at the dogs on the sofa that refuse to go out

The dog shows, the travel, the thrills and the spills, the work and the worry, the pressure, the bills! The whole thing seems worth it, the dogs are your life; they’re charming and funny and offset the strife

Your lifestyle has changed, things just wont be the same, yes, those dogs are addictive and so the dog game!

A man takes his Dobermann into see the Vet
"My dog is cross-eyed, is there anything you can do for him?"
"Well" says the vet, "lets have a look at him"
So he picked the Dobie up and examines his eyes and then checks his teeth
Finally he says, " I am going to have to put him down"
"WHAT" crys the man, "Just because he is Cross-eyed?"

"No, it's because he's really, really heavy"

Rainbow Bridge

Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.

When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows & hills for all of our special friends so they can run & play together. There is plenty of food, water & sunshine and our friends are warm & comfortable.

All the animals that had been ill and old are restored to health & vigor. Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole & strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy & content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.

They all run & play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops & looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent. His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster & faster. You have been spotted & when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again.

The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, & you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.

Then you cross the Rainbow Bridge together....
